Krilo Digitech Private Limited (“Krilo Digitech”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) values your trust and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Krilo Digitech mobile application (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

  • Phone number (mandatory for registration and login).

  • Name, age, and gender (for personalization).

  • Profile details, photos, or other content you upload.

  • Payment details (when purchasing Coins, Gifts, or other digital services).

  • Communications with our support team or grievance officer.

  • Device details (model, operating system, hardware settings).

  • App usage data (features used, time spent, interactions).

  • Location (approximate, via IP address, if required for compliance or safety).

  • Log files, cookies, and analytics data.

c. Information from Third Parties

  • Information received from payment partners, advertising networks, or analytics providers to enhance your experience.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to:

  1. Provide and improve our Services.

  2. Verify identity and maintain account security.

  3. Personalize user experience, including language and content preferences.

  4. Enable features like chat, games, Coins, Gifts, and Broadcasts.

  5. Process payments and manage transactions.

  6. Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

  7. Communicate updates, offers, and notifications.

  8. Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share information in the following cases:

  • With Law Enforcement/Authorities: When required under applicable laws or for investigations (e.g., IT Act, POCSO Act, 2000/2012).

  • With Other Users: Content you upload (images, broadcasts, gifts) may be visible to other users based on your settings.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.

  • Request correction or update of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.

  • Withdraw consent for certain data processing (may impact use of services).

  • Lodge complaints with the Grievance Officer if your rights are violated.

5. DATA RETENTION

  • We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

  • Coins, Gifts, and Wallet balances expire if unused within 6 months.

  • If you delete your account, most of your data will be deleted, but some may be retained to comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, law enforcement requests).

6. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

7. CHILD SAFETY

  • Our Platform is not intended for children under 16 years.

  • Users between 13–18 must use the Platform under parental/guardian consent.

  • Any content involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be removed within 24 hours and reported to law enforcement.

 

8. COOKIES & TRACKING

We may use cookies, beacons, and tracking technologies to:

  • Maintain sessions.

  • Analyze Platform usage.

  • Deliver relevant content and advertisements.
    You may disable cookies in your browser/device settings, but some features may not function properly.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, social features). Krilo Digitech is not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before using such services.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai,Tamilnadu, India.
