These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Krilo Digitech mobile applications (the "Platform") made available by Krilo Digitech Private Limited ("Krilo Digitech", "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Chennai,Tamilnadu, India, 600110.
The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms, the Krilo Digitech Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines ("Platform Policies") will be read together. The Platform Policies set out the rules you are required to follow while using the Platform.
We may periodically update these Terms and post the updated version on this link. Your continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. We may notify you of material changes through in-app alerts, notifications, or emails.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
Our Platform is dynamic and may change over time. We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue Services or features without notice. If a change requires your consent, we will seek it.
WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES
Our Platform enables users to connect, share content (including images and videos), and interact in their preferred languages ("Services").
To access Services, you must register using your phone number and verify it via a One-Time-Password (OTP). You may only use our Services if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such an entity to these Terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect certain personal information (such as your phone number, gender, and name) to provide our Services. The Krilo Digitech Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect this data, as well as your rights regarding it.
PURCHASE AND USAGE OF COINS AND GIFTS

Coins may be acquired via payment methods provided on the Platform.

Coins can be used to access games, virtual gifts/digital goods (e.g., stickers, gifs, banners), or to customize your profile.

Coins and Gifts are licenses granted by the Platform, not tangible goods.

They are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire after six (6) months from purchase.

Misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of Coins/Gifts and account suspension.
GAMES AND REWARDS
Games and rewards offered are promotional features only.

They cannot be played with real money.

Rewards are not exchangeable for cash or real currency.

Any misuse (fraud, cheating, collusion, etc.) may result in suspension, invalidation of rewards, or termination of account.
YOUR COMMITMENTS
By using our Services, you agree not to:

Impersonate others or provide false information.

Use automated tools, bots, or multiple linked accounts to misuse the Platform.

Post or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content.

Infringe on intellectual property rights of others or Krilo Digitech.

Promote unlawful activities (gambling, money laundering, violence, etc.).

Spread malware, viruses, or attempt to disrupt Platform security.
We may remove violating content, suspend or permanently block accounts, and report violations to law enforcement if necessary.
BROADCAST FEATURE
The Platform may provide a Broadcast feature (live audio/video). All such content must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
PERMISSIONS YOU GIVE TO US
By using our Services, you grant us:

Licence to Content – A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, distribute, display, and create derivatives of your content (consistent with your privacy settings).

Automatic Updates – Permission to install app updates on your device.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai,Tamilnadu. India.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Krilo Digitech will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User-generated content or third-party services accessed through the Platform.

Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you in the month preceding the claim.
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or other reasons. Accounts may also be deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Krilo Digitech, its affiliates, and staff against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Platform.

Violation of these Terms.

Infringement of third-party rights.

Illegal or negligent conduct.
PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)
Krilo Digitech has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any such content will be taken down within 24 hours.

Accounts will be permanently banned, and offenders reported to law enforcement.

Users are encouraged to report CSAE content immediately.
GENERAL

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

These Terms may only be modified in writing by us.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Krilo Digitech Private Limited (“Krilo Digitech”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to provide a transparent and user-friendly experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and expiries related to purchases, subscriptions, and account activity on the Krilo Digitech mobile applications (“Platform”).
By using our Platform and making purchases, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Purchases on the Platform involve digital goods and services (e.g., Coins, Gifts, Wallet balances, subscriptions).

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Policy or required by law.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original payment method.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:

Coins once credited to your account.

Gifts or digital goods once delivered/licensed.

Expired Coins or Wallet balances (Coins expire after 6 months).

Promotional rewards, free bonuses, or complimentary items.

Services forfeited due to violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may only be considered under these limited circumstances:

Duplicate Transactions – You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.

Failed Transactions – Amount deducted but Coins/Gifts not delivered.

Unauthorized Charges – Purchases made without your authorization (subject to investigation).
4. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASES

Once confirmed, purchases of Coins, Gifts, or Wallet top-ups cannot be cancelled.

Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming payment.
5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (If Applicable in Future)
If Krilo Digitech offers subscriptions (e.g., premium memberships, ad-free access):

User-Initiated Cancellation:

You may cancel anytime via app settings, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.

Cancellation will stop auto-renewal but will not refund the current billing cycle.

Benefits remain active until the end of the paid term.

Free Trials:

Cancel during the trial period to avoid charges.

If not cancelled, the subscription fee will be applied at the end of the trial.

Refunds:

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only for duplicate billing or verified technical errors.

6. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You may cancel your account anytime from the Platform.

Upon cancellation:

All Coins, Gifts, Wallet balances, and rewards are forfeited without refund.

Your shared content may still remain visible where interacted with by others.

Certain information may be retained as required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance).

7. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION
We may suspend or cancel your purchases, subscriptions, or account if:

You breach our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Legal or regulatory obligations require action.

9. WALLET & BALANCE EXPIRY

Coins and Wallet balances must be used within 180 days (6 months) of purchase.

Expired balances are non-refundable and permanently forfeited.
10. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

Verified refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

In some cases, processing fees from payment gateways may be deducted.
-
For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds are governed by their respective policies and must be requested directly through them.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Chennai,Tamilnadu, India.
